This hotel suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, heated swimming pool, and friendly staff. They helped me find a local food delivery number during my first visit. Highly recommend enjoying the sauna. It's a relaxing treat! I'm coming back for the new year.

Marvellous and lovely location, not too far away from Paihia Harbour. New-fashioned and stocked units with bathroom as well as shower.

Close to the beach and slightly away from main road traffic. Nice to have a well appointed pool area. Laundry facilities were helpful. Uncover parking was a bonus.

spacious, spacious, spacious
The Superior Queen Room was spacious, providing plenty of room for us to relax during our 2 nights stay. We loved the quietness, and having a huge cupboard for storage was convenient. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing treat after a day of exploring!
would recommend 😊❤️

Very friendly staff. Clean and pleasant. Good restaurant.
Too close to backpackers hotels (2 in the same road). Noisy bar with an outside drinking area f equented by young people late into the night.

The location was great, just a short walk to the shops and beach. The room was nice and clean, and the decor was nice. The bed was not so comfortable but was adequate for our short stay. Lovely pool area, great for families. Friendly staff, and reasonably priced. Would stay there again.

The venue was set in the central position next to falls, the beach and the town center and Wonderful to be in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Our premier room had a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

We were upgraded to stocked premier queen room with a bath. The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from Paihia Wharf.

missingWrote a review on 14 Octdated curtainspoor maintenance
The curtains were so outdated, it reminded me of stepping into a history book. The shower, lacking a proper curtain, turned my bathroom into a mini pool! I almost gave a good review, but then they forgot to offer me a complimentary gesture or room upgrade, which I expected as a guest. Absolutely unacceptable.

Homely place with very pleasant and amazingly nice staff especially the 2 lovely housekeepers and the Japanese receptionist, liked it. Central location was a plus. Pubs and cafes were also close to the hotel. The restaurant was nice for breakfast.
